Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoicing, contract processing, and billing documentation across SaaS and services for a global customer base. You will own billing queues, maintain SOPs, and partner with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal in a fast‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products.
• Experience with usage-based billing and global customers.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and billing tools.

Responsibilities

• Process full range of contracts across product lines for a global customer base.
• Handle all deal types: new business, add-ons, renewals, replacements, extensions.
• Execute month-end billing cycles for SaaS, license and services.
• Assist Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets with timely resolution.
• Manage customer usage balance and license requests.
• Maintain and update Billing SOPs and assist with onboarding.
• Identify and drive billing process improvements including AI/automation.
• Own key customer accounts and serve as billing SME.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Legal.
• Support audits and cross-functional initiatives.
• Be part of a global team focused on teamwork and guidance.
