Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to manage invoicing and billing for a global customer base, spanning direct, indirect, commercial and government contracts.

You will own billing queues, update SOPs, support cross-functional projects, and drive process improvements using automation and AI tools while collaborating with Revenue Accounting and Legal to ensure accurate transaction processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years invoicing and billing experience, SaaS preferred.
• Experience with Zuora, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process full range of contracts across product lines for a global customer base.
• Handle all deal types: new business, add-ons, renewals, replacements, terminations, extensions, and hybrid/transition models.
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles for SaaS, license, and services.
• Assist with the Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
• Manage customer usage commit balance, license extensions, and new license requests.
• Maintain and update Billing SOPs, and assist with onboarding and training.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve billing process efficiency, including AI tools and automation.
• Lead or assist with billing-related project work including testing related to pricing changes/billing methodologies, new product launches.
• Own key customer accounts and serve as a billing SME for inquiries and escalations.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to evolve the order-to-cash cycle in a high-growth environment.
• Support ad-hoc projects, audits, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Be part of a global team with focus on teamwork and guidance across levels.
