Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join the Order-to-Cash (OTC) team. You will own and optimize the invoicing process for diverse product lines, oversee contract processing, and support cross-functional billing initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.

This role requires 5+ years in invoicing and billing, experience with SaaS and usage-based models, and strong ERP/software knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products and a global customer base
• Proficiency in financial software, large ERP systems, billing and revenue management tools
• Experience with Zuora, Salesforce and Workday is preferred
• History of process improvements and leveraging technology to increase efficiency
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Process the full range of contracts across product lines for a global customer base (direct, indirect, commercial and government)
• Handle all deal types: new business, add-ons, renewals, replacements, terminations, extensions, and transition models
• Execute month-end and mid-month billing cycles across SaaS, license, and services
• Assist with the Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Manage customer usage balance, license extensions, and new license requests
• Maintain and update Billing SOPs and assist with onboarding and training
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency, including AI tools and automation
• Lead or assist with billing-related projects (pricing changes, new product launches, process improvements)
• Own key customer accounts and serve as SME for billing inquiries and escalations
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal
• Support ad-hoc projects, audits, and cross-functional initiatives
• Be part of a global team with focus on teamwork and guidance across levels
