Job summary

Abode Services is seeking a Senior Billing Revenue Analyst to ensure accurate invoicing and timely revenue recognition using Intacct. You will reconcile deferred revenue accounts, track participant rent, and manage Wells Fargo Purchase Card processes while coordinating with multiple business partners.

The role requires a finance/accounting background, 2–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail to support grant accounting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or comparable field.
• 2–5 years of relevant finance/accounting and/or FP&A experience.
• Intermediate accounting skills and high level Excel proficiency.

• Compile financial information to record transactions, prepare reports and verify accuracy.

• Monitor grants, maintain records, databases and reports; identify potential problems or delays.
• Ensure financial compliance with contract terms and prepare schedules for audits.

Abode, one of the largest and effective nonprofits working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, is seeking a Senior Billing Revenue Analyst.

About The Role

The Senior Billing Revenue Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices to record revenue using Intacct, reconciling of deferred revenue accounts, tracking participants rent and upload to WelcomeMat, and administrating Wells Fargo’s Purchase Card system.⯠This position will engage with multiple business partners and requires the ability to support and balance changing needs and priorities.

How You Make An Impact

• Perform financial and billing related analysis and research.
• Document and establish proper grant revenue recognition methods on a contract-by-contract basis within the accounting systems of Abode.
• Compile financial information to record transactions, prepare reports and review and verify accuracy.

• Analyze the budget actual cost and prepare a report weekly.
• Monitor grants routinely, including maintaining records, databases, spreadsheets, and other internal/external reports; identify and describe potential problems or delays encountered.
• Ensure financial compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare schedules for interim and annual audit.
• Other duties as assigned.

How You Meet Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or comparable field.
• 2-5 years of relevant finance/accounting &/or FP&A experience. Intermediate Accounting skills. High level excel proficiency.
