Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Analyst to lead billing and reimbursement audits and investigations in a remote work environment. You will identify compliance risks, evaluate findings, and recommend corrective actions in partnership with physicians, leadership, and operational teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical abilities, the ability to manage sensitive information, and experience with CMS and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Audits/Investigations and related special reviews in a healthcare compliance context.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Certifications such as CFE or CHC are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct focused audits and investigations of billing & reimbursement in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to physicians and departments.
• Develop corrective action plans and collaborate with operations to implement improvements.
• Provide education and outreach to MD Anderson workforce on billing and reimbursement compliance.
