Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years in a related role preferred.
• Independence with minimal supervision.

• Experience developing and maintaining analytical tools and reports.
• Able to adapt to change and manage risk.
• Excellent customer service; client-focused.
• PC literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate billing for all cycles (weekly, biweekly, monthly billing, etc.), including SOA creation and reconciliation.
• Provides guidance to internal/external customers on billing and reconciliation.
• Reviews transaction discrepancies and creates custom reporting for accounts and journal entry accruals.
• Prepares ACH Debit reports and performs QA of reports.
• Performs reconciliations, reclass, and refunds in Oracle; reviews backup analysis.
• Analyzes group remittance and guides AR for accurate payment application.
• Prepares documentation for stakeholders and reviews dunning letters for propriety.
• Communicates with clients via phone/email and acts on balances, reviewing aging.
• Prepares Escalations and templates for leadership review.
• Acts as primary trainer/SME and supports desk procedures and escalations.
• Assists with production issues and testing for system updates.
