Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in related role with high-profile clients preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-tasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Track and perform premium reconciliations for payment vs invoice amounts.
• Analyze premium backup and resolve outstanding balances.
• Mentor team members and act as SME for escalated issues.
• Prepare ACH Debit reports and QA reports; resolve exceptions as needed.
• Perform reconciliations, reclass and refunds in Oracle; assist with ad-hoc analysis.
• Communicate with clients via phone or email and manage aging balances.
