Qualifications

• Proficient experience in SQL, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance.
• Experience with insurance billing, receivables, or related pharmacy operations preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, TWRx, OnBase, MNITS, and insurance websites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced billing and receivables tasks while supporting team operations.
• Manage process improvement efforts and operational follow-up.
• Create reporting, review trends, and perform data audits.
• Support SOP updates, workflow documentation, and training coordination.
• Maintain accuracy and ensure HIPAA compliance.
