Thrifty White Pharmacy is currently hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Maple Grove, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career in a professional office environment.

This role is ideal for a strong candidate who drives efficiencies, executes projects and supports the team and larger leadership team by contributing at a higher level beyond day-to-day task execution.

Position Details:

• Monday thru Friday – no evenings or weekends


• Ability to work in a professional office environment with hybrid flexibility


• Perform advanced billing and receivables tasks while supporting team operations


• Manage process improvement efforts and operational follow-up


• Create reporting, review, identify trends and perform data audits


• Support procedure documentation and training


• Utilize technology such as TWRx, PeopleSoft, OnBase, Microsoft Office, MNITS, and insurance websites


• Maintain accuracy and ensure HIPAA compliance
