Job summary

CGSFederal is seeking a Senior Billing Supervisor to oversee the e-billing and receivables workflow, ensuring accurate posting and timely client invoicing. You will prepare periodic billing reports and collaborate with finance leaders to improve processes.

The role requires five years of legal billing/receivables experience and two years of supervisory leadership, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook and Access.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate observance of e-billing requirements and processes.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc billing reports for clients.
• Ensure timely invoice submission to clients based on timelines.
• Create and distribute operational and billing reports to management.
• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff; delegate assignments.
• Provide performance feedback and participate in hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with Controller to improve billing timeliness and accuracy.
