Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business office operations.
• Manage Medi-Cal/Medicaid authorizations and bed-hold processes.
• Oversee resident trust fund statements and distributions.
• Supervise, train, and schedule business office staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Prepare TARs as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
