Qualifications

5+ years in technical bidding, sales engineering, or application engineering.
Ability to interpret engineering docs and assess manufacturability.
Strong written and verbal communication for executives and procurement.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end bid process from inquiry to final proposal delivery.
Build repeatable bidding systems and structured workflows for estimation and feasibility reviews.
Drive cost estimation and pricing discipline for complex additively manufactured parts.
Serve as technical-commercial translator and work with engineering on alternative approaches.
Support the entire sales cycle with the Business Development team and negotiations.
