Job summary

The role requires deep experience in pricing, contract review, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Engineering, Estimating, and Scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, pre-construction, estimating, engineering, or commercial operations within construction or EPC.
• Experience with contract review, redlining, and coordinating legal negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small bid management team and own end-to-end pursuit execution.
• Coordinate pricing intake, legal review, and cross-disciplinary inputs for bids.
• Manage and improve bid processes, templates, and standards with the Director of Bid Management.
• Ensure on-time, compliant bid delivery and clear customer communications.
• Drive relationship development to support repeat business and risk management.
