CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer to advance our Power BI-based analytics for the commercial sales organization. You will translate business needs into scalable dashboards, collaborate with analysts, IT, and stakeholders, and drive data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes analytics usability, release readiness, and governance while enabling AI-enabled insights.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or BI.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI's, improve forecasting, and translate analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support sales insights and business decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and related data sources
• Develop, optimize, and support data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve usability and performance
• Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions aligned to business priorities
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable day-to-day reporting support
• Contribute to data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes
• Help maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets
• Identify opportunities to improve report design, user experience, and overall analytics effectiveness
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards to support sustainable and consistent analytics delivery
