Job summary

Teleion in Seattle seeks a seasoned BI Project Manager who can blend hands-on data work with senior project leadership. You will own end-to-end BI initiatives, scope projects, manage resources and timelines, and communicate with stakeholders across technical and business teams.

The role requires 7+ years in PM/BI/analytics, fluency in SQL, and experience with Python and cloud data platforms (AWS/Redshift or similar).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, especially in BI/analytics.
• Fluent in SQL; hands-on Python and cloud data platforms preferred.
• Experience with BI tooling decisions or strategy (QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Strong track record managing stakeholder relationships with external clients.
• Knowledge of data governance and ETL concepts.
• PM certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI/analytics projects from scoping to execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into technical scope and delivery plans.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and surface risks early.
• Lead PM cadences tailored to a technical BI audience.
