Job Description

• Must have experience with leading a team of 10+.
• Must have experience with Agile and scrum methodologies.
• Experience with an enterprise analytics system or DMP is required, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud or Interana.
• Must have 5+ years of experience leading the team within the BI space, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server BI.
• Strong web analytics skills and working experience in the same.
• Should have experience with big data, data modeling and pipeline design preferably using Cosmos.
• Strong requirement gathering and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent skills for analysis, understanding data, troubleshoot data mismatches and comparison.
• Experience & expertise in web instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team; will be required to manage team at offshore and have regular sync up with offshore team at IST business hours.
• Experience working across multiple groups and teams.
