Job summary

Tenacious Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead Federal technology initiatives in the DC area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, cross-functional teams, and client communications, delivering BI-led solutions and data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of leadership, experience with data warehousing/BI, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum; PMP/CSM preferred. Competitive salary between $100k and $160k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical/business field.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of 10 years leading complex technology initiatives.
• Proven BI/DW project leadership experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and collaborative skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; PMP/CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and be the single point of contact for projects.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams of analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements.
• Guide BI data integration and interactive dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across systems.
• Conduct monthly reviews with Senior Leaders.
• Respond to technical inquiries within defined SLAs.
