Qualifications

• 5-7 years owning omni-channel metrics including digital marketing and personalization.
• 5+ years building models for incremental lift, MMM, MTA and LTV.
• 5+ years running randomized tests (A/B, multivariate) in paid and omni-channel experiences.
• 5+ years data modeling and visualization with SQL, Python, Looker and Tableau.
• 5+ years building modern data systems (CDP, CRM, AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Strong understanding of web/app tagging for data capture.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue forecasting of the personalization program.
• Develop reporting, analysis and modeling for features, A/B tests, and customer journeys.
• Lead measurement strategy including incremental lift, MMM, MTA and LTV.
• Provide expert oversight on A/B testing and optimization.
• Create data visualizations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive insights for decisions.
• Partner with engineering to ensure data collection, security and compliance.
• Introduce best practices for experiments setup and measurement.
• Utilize in-store, digital, marketing, loyalty data to discover trends.
• Build and own health dashboards, reports, alerts.
• Dig into customer segments to design lifecycle journeys.
• Use hypothesis testing, experimental design, clustering, regression as needed.
• Work with vendors on POCs and new tooling.
• Use Python for data wrangling and curation.
