Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and technical excellence in SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake, with incentive eligibility and participation in regional plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or related field and six (6) years of project management, systems management, data intelligence operations, or related experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of project management, systems management, data intelligence operations, or related experience

Responsibilities

• Advises leadership on how BI processes, practices and technologies impact business management and optimization
• Directs, organizes, and leads work stream projects with BI software tools and systems
• Plans, tests, and executes projects and supports day-to-day operations
• Stays abreast of BI products/tools and business strategy/direction
• Interprets data to provide insights to drive actions to increase efficiency and growth
• Prepares information and makes presentations to executives and managers
• Reviews cost benefit for realization, measures KPIs and identifies impacts
• Provides subject matter expertise for key BI core functions
• Works on complex, cross-functional BI solutions
• Partners with data teams to ensure data is tracked consistently
• Serves as data liaison for the business unit and stays abreast of BI direction
