Aspire General Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Claims BI/Litigation Supervisor to lead our Bodily Injury and Litigation claims team. You will provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

In this role, you will mentor adjusters, manage settlements, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years in Property & Casualty claims.
• Experience leading Bodily Injury and Litigation claims teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and claim handling standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and direction to BI/Litigation adjusters.
• Oversee claims coverage, liability, and reserve adequacy.
• Manage litigation strategy and settlements with approved vendors.
• Monitor performance, coaching, and development of team members.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper use of claims systems.
