Qualifications

• Experience with Property Damage claims and standard claim practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and technical direction to BI/Litigation adjusters.
• Lead team meetings; conduct coaching and development.
• Recruiting, training, onboarding, and developing claims talent.
