Aspire General Insurance Services in California seeks an experienced Claims BI/Litigation Supervisor to lead Bodily Injury and Litigation claims. You will provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to ensure timely, accurate handling in line with company standards.

The role emphasizes developing talent, managing high-volume workloads, supervising adjusters, coordinating settlements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Formación

• 8+ years in Property & Casualty claims.
• Bodily Injury and UMBI claims experience.
• Litigation claims handling experience.
• Property Damage claims experience.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent analytics, organization, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to BI/Litigation adjusters.
• Lead team meetings and conduct regular coaching sessions.
• Assist with recruiting, training, onboarding, and developing claims talent.
• Support performance management and achievement of team goals.
• Review claims for coverage, liability, reserve adequacy, and handling quality.
• Evaluate BI and UMBI exposures; advise negotiation strategies.
• Approve settlements and payments within authority.
• Monitor litigated claims and related deadlines.
• Oversee claim assignments, workload distribution, and aging claims.
• Ensure system training and regulatory compliance.
