Job summary

Eodr is seeking a senior BI professional to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise BI solutions focused on MS Fabric, MicroStrategy, and BusinessObjects. You will translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting architectures.

You will deliver scheduled reports, ad hoc analyses, and dashboards, ensure data quality and security, and mentor teams. The role requires strong SQL, relational databases, and ability to work with management to shape strategic

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI development and reporting.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools (MS Fabric, Power BI, BO).
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable BI solutions.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers scheduled reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) and summarizes data per business requirements.
• Clarifies report needs with business, delivers analysis, and audits data quality.
• Develops and delivers complex ad hoc reports and analytics.
• Learns new technologies to advance reporting capabilities.
• Delivers full lifecycle BI development from requirements to deployment.
• Designs and maintains BI reports, dashboards, and metrics using MS Fabric, Power BI, and BO.
• Ensures data quality, security, and integrity with best practices.
• Analyzes data elements, flows, dependencies; performs root cause analysis.
• Stays current with BI trends and innovations.
• Demonstrates senior-level SQL skills and strong problem-solving.
• Engages with management to guide strategic reporting decisions.
