Woodard & Curran is seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Architect to lead design, governance, and optimization of our analytics and reporting environment.

This role will serve as the organization's Power BI and Microsoft Fabric subject matter expert, partnering with business leaders, ERP stakeholders, developers, and data teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data solutions.
• 7+ years of hands-on Power BI in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience in senior/lead/architect or principal analytics roles.
• Expertise in Power BI, Fabric, OneLake, DAX, and SQL; strong governance and analytics architecture.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, development, governance, and support of enterprise Power BI and Fabric solutions.
• Design and maintain semantic models, data marts, dashboards, KPIs, and exec reporting.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable analytics solutions.
• Support reporting for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations.
• Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, dataflows, DAX, Power Query, and reporting frameworks.
• Establish analytics governance, standards, security models, and deployment best practices.
• Implement source control, release management, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, reliability, and alignment with source systems.
• Monitor production analytics environments, including refreshs, data quality, and performance.
• Mentor developers and analysts, promoting analytics best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support executive leadership with strategic dashboards and KPI frameworks.
