Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Engineer II to design and support scalable data solutions for OIS CXI Analytics. You will own data study design, develop automated reporting, and partner with stakeholders to transform business problems into technical deliverables.

You will work with Redshift, Athena, Quicksight, Tableau and Excel models, applying regression and classification techniques while maintaining high data quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
• 1+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience
• 1+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience
• 1+ years of performing statistical analysis experience
• 1+ years of developing automated reporting experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and ETL pipelines

Responsibilities

• Partner with OIS CXI leaders to define data evaluation needs and BI designs
• Review and update visualization standards for inspection experience
• Design, develop and test data solutions ensuring accurate business insights
• Promote reuse and simplify data handling to reduce coding
• Drive stakeholders to automate inspection processes from KPIs
• Provide seamless integration between BIE solutions and planning tools
