Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a data/BI professional to import, cleanse, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. The role focuses on creating presentations, graphics and reports, while maintaining data integrity to deliver actionable insights.

You will design and optimize complex reports and dashboards, support data warehousing projects, and ensure secure access for users. Epic Certification or equivalent BI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: 5 years of experience, minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
• Advanced technical skills and knowledge required for reporting and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implement complex reports and dashboards according to stakeholder needs and user specifications.
• Transform the data into usable formats in reports using domain expertise.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, implement and support data modeling and data warehousing projects.
• Design, develop and optimize data transformations to import and export data from operational systems and data warehouses.
• Advanced report and dashboard development with complex queries and admin responsibilities.
• Prepare design specifications and functional documentation for BI projects.
• Manage and maintain user authorization and authentication for reports and dashboards.
