This lead technology Role is responsible for importing, cleansing, transforming, validating, aggregating and analyzing data from various sources with the purpose of creating presentations, graphics and reports. Maintain data integrity and quality to develop analytical solutions to turn data into insights. This technology person is has expertise in reporting tool and technologies on EPIC and/or other business intelligence tools.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads and mentors other Junior report writers on best practices and policies w.r.t report writing and database constructs and queries.
• Is able to transform the data into usable formats in reports using subject matter expertize on the clinical or financial domains.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, implement and support data modeling and data warehousing projects.
• Oversees business intelligence projects and guides other developers during the design process.
• Design, develop and optimize data transformations to import and export data from operational systems, vendor applications and data warehouses.
• Report and Dashboard Development - is able to write complex queries, filters and is able to work as an administrator for the reporting platform.
• Prepare design specifications and functional documentations for assigned business intelligence projects.
• Manage and maintain the authorization and authentication for the users of the reports and dashboards, understand the security protocols.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7+ years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• BE, B-Tech
• Experience in a healthcare provider setting

Pay Range

$120,000.00 USD - $145,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
