Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a data analytics professional to import, cleanse, transform, validate and analyze data from multiple sources. You will design and implement complex reports and dashboards and ensure data integrity across clinical and financial domains.

Responsibilities include creating data models, warehousing projects, and secure access for users while leveraging Epic reporting capabilities and other BI tools. A strong background in SQL and data transformations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a related field.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implement complex reports and dashboards according to stakeholder needs.
• Transform the data into usable formats in reports using SME in clinical or financial domains.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, implement and support data modeling and data warehousing projects.
• Design, develop and optimize data transformations to import and export data from operational systems, vendor applications and data warehouses.
• Advanced report and dashboard development – write complex queries and act as administrator for the reporting platform.
• Prepare design specifications and functional documents for BI projects.
• Manage authorization and authentication for report/dashboard users and understand security protocols.
