Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years SQL development experience
• Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL Server queries
• Hands-on experience with Qlik for data visualization and dashboard development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics
• Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for improved insight
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik
• Collaborate with business users and management to gather and refine reporting requirements
• Translate business questions into data models and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions
• Support enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of reports and dashboards
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and BI processes for maintainability
