Job summary

ScolerTec Inc. is seeking Senior BI Developers to support a large-scale federal cloud modernization and analytics program.

You will design and develop enterprise dashboards, reporting solutions, self-service analytics and data visualizations while working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers and product teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions, optimize performance, and ensure governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years specialized BI/reporting experience.
• Strong Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or QuickSight experience.
• Advanced SQL.
• Python/data transformation knowledge.
• Experience with semantic layers and analytical models.
• Experience developing reporting in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop configurable dashboards and enterprise reports.
• Build interactive visualizations and self-service BI capabilities.
• Develop and validate SQL calculations, metrics and reporting logic.
• Translate business requirements and KPIs into reporting solutions.
• Work with semantic and analytical data models.
• Optimize dashboard and analytical-query performance.
• Work with Data Engineering to resolve upstream data-quality issues.
• Support reporting governance, metadata and lineage.
• Assist with acceptance criteria and test-result validation.
• Support responsible consumption of AI/ML capabilities.
