The role emphasizes building reliable data models in Redshift, orchestrating pipelines with Dagster/Airflow, and delivering stakeholder-focused insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in BI/Analytics Engineering or similar.
• Production-grade data models using dbt.
• Experience with Dagster or Airflow for pipelines.
• Advanced SQL with Redshift or comparable cloud DW.
• Tableau dashboards and stakeholder-facing visuals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce structures for reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ownership mindset.
• Proactive, data quality and clean-code focus; collaborative.
• Nice to have: Alteryx migrations, Python, large datasets, Tableau Online/Server, Salesforce modelling, AI/ML interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt with tested data models.
• Build and optimize transformation workflows in an Amazon Redshift warehouse.
• Monitor data pipelines using Dagster or Airflow ensuring quality.
• Translate technical data concepts into clear business insights for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for visibility into KPIs.
• Support ABM, customer health scoring, lead scoring and churn analytics.
• Explore AI/LLM capabilities to advance analytics and ML applications.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on ML opportunities, including SageMaker solutions.
• Maintain high standards for SQL, data modeling, documentation, and architecture.
