Genworth is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Intelligence CoE in a hybrid role. You will design, implement, and manage analytics solutions that drive data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, standardize development practices, and promote governed, reusable assets while supporting automation and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/Data Analytics/IS or related field.
• 5+ years of BI/data analytics experience.
• Experience with data integration and governance.
• Certification in Alteryx, Apex, Power BI or related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on BI tools (Alteryx, APEX, Power BI) to enable scalable data solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to design reusable, governed data solutions aligned to enterprise architecture.
• Establish and evolve governance frameworks across BI tools and platforms.
• Monitor compliance with data governance, security, and risk management policies.
