Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Reporting Analyst to develop reporting and analytics solutions that help leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, develop dashboards, analyze complex data, and translate findings into actionable insights.

You will also help improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytics infrastructure while ensuring deliverables

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Experience querying and analyzing large and diverse data sets using SQL or similar technologies.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong communication to explain data to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting needs with leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
• Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Lead analytics projects from requirements through implementation.
• Ensure deliverables meet SLAs, contracts, and business objectives.
