The role focuses on leading AI and Python-enabled BI initiatives, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear business guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/BI/data analytics experience; leadership role.
• At least 3 years AI/Python development experience.
• Proficiency in Python/AI engineering, including chatbot development and AI-powered search.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in product analytics and building dashboards to track performance metrics.
• AWS Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI and Python solutions for business intelligence and data analytics.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and data teams to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards using tools such as Python, Power BI and Tableau to track product/feature performance.
• Contribute to the expansion of AI-powered solutions for reporting and decision support.
• Participate in data governance and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics and artificial intelligence.
