Qualifications

• 11+ years in BI, Data Analytics, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years hands-on AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or advanced analytics.
• 2-3+ years Python development experience.
• 3+ years Java development experience.
• Experience across full analytics lifecycle from data acquisition to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Define reporting requirements and performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop Python-based automation and AI workflows.
• Create data integration pipelines across systems and APIs.
• Support AI initiatives including LLMs and agentic AI capabilities.
• Measure adoption and business impact through reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering on cloud-based data/AI solutions.
