20four7VA is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst & BI Specialist to support dashboards, reporting systems, AI-driven operational improvements across departments. You will work directly with the Data & Technology Lead to build scalable data models and cloud-based workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on data analysis, strong SQL and Python skills, and a proactive mindset to improve reporting accuracy, BI platforms, and cross‑functional decision

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics or BI experience.
• Strong SQL experience required.
• Strong Python experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• GA4 and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar.
• Cloud-based data workflows and API integrations experience.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve business dashboards.
• Create reports with actionable operational insights.
• Develop visualizations on BI platforms and validate reporting accuracy.
• Analyze operational, recruiting, sales, and financial data.
• Develop scalable data models and data workflows.
• Identify trends and bottlenecks to drive improvements.
• Develop cloud-based workflows and automation processes.
• Assist with API integrations and AI-powered data analysis.
