Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a seasoned BI/Data Analytics professional in Plano, TX to deliver robust analytics solutions and drive data-driven decisions. You will work across IT and business teams to translate requirements into scalable BI dashboards and data pipelines.

You will evangelize self-service BI, maintain data quality, and support dashboard creation, including migration from OAC to Power BI. A 5+ year background in BI, data analytics, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in CS/IS/Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on BI & Data Analytics: planning, design, config, testing, deployment
• Experience with relational databases and flat file processing
• Microsoft Power BI experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure BI solutions meet business needs
• Enhance and maintain the OAC platform stability
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics team on data ingestion strategies for the Data Lake
• Develop and maintain data management standards including documentation of data sources, transformations, and report specs
• Promote self-service BI and visualization for wide audience (OAC and Power BI)
• Support user creation and access management for OAC reporting platform
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and ETL methods
• Coordinate with business users to resolve system issues and follow SDLC standards
• Participate in status and planning meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
