Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Senior BI Professional Data Analyst to build scalable data solutions and deliver actionable insights. The role blends analytics, data engineering, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to translate business needs into data products.

You will define metrics with stakeholders, architect pipelines and dashboards, and maintain data infrastructure while documenting processes for scale.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Data Analytics experience.
• 5 years of SQL coding experience (SQL).
• Experience with BI tools like Cognos, Tableau, Power BI.
• 4 years in process management/methodologies (Agile/Lean/Six Sigma).
• 3 years in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Define key business metrics and gather requirements for insights at scale.
• Architect data pipelines and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve data infrastructure and dashboards as requirements evolve.
• Publish and maintain clear documentation to educate users at scale.
• Lead end-to-end projects and provide thought partnership to your team.
