The role blends data foundation work with analytics delivery, and offers a fully remote setup with national scope. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in analytics or BI, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and a builder mindset focused on accuracy and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, data analysis, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with clean, efficient queries.
• Strong Power BI capabilities: data models, DAX measures, and reliable dashboards.
• Builders mindset: focus on accuracy, documentation, and usable data for non-technical teammates.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Write, tune, and maintain performant SQL to transform data into clean models.
• Design and build Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards that are fast and accurate.
• Own data quality: validate sources and build checks for trustworthy numbers.
• Translate business questions into data models and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain data integrations from source systems and automate reporting feeds.
• Document models, metrics, and definitions for a single source of truth.
