Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4–5 years of BI/data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills across large datasets.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Solid understanding of product analytics metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytics needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports integrating multiple data sources.
• Apply statistical concepts and predictive modelling to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Deliver insights to senior leadership to shape product and operational improvements.
• Lead data governance and data quality initiatives across teams.
• Analyse user behavior and product performance to inform strategy.
• Promote self-service analytics and data-driven culture across the organization.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
