Job summary

NielsenIQ seeks a Senior BI Consultant to lead end-to-end BI reporting across multiple NIQ data sources from RMS to Omni. You will analyze data, identify trends, and drive strategic guidance for clients, while nurturing relationships and uncovering business opportunities.

You will work with clients to optimize BI tool usage, design efficient reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance BI capabilities and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar.
• Experience with AI productivity tools.
• Experience working directly with customers preferred.
• Passion for learning and applying new technologies to drive client outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI reporting across NIQ data sources (RMS, CPS, Omni).
• Independently manage reporting tasks and analyze data to understand trends and drive decision making.
• Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximize client value.
• Consult with clients on BI tool usage and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Independently identifies and nurtures leads for BI and NIQ solutions, crafting tailored proposals.
• Optimize reporting solutions and collaborate with leadership on new BI products and services.
• Consult directly with clients on optimal BI tool use and techniques for reporting impact.
• Support BI customer needs and day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams.
