Job summary

BSM Partners seeks a Data Insights and Infrastructure Lead to build scalable data pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, and ensure data is reliable for analytics. You will drive NIQ reporting initiatives, dashboards, and automated reporting to empower business decisions.

You will lead data governance, quality controls, and collaboration with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data infrastructure, BI, analytics.
• Experience building data pipelines, integrations, databases, and analytics systems.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with BI and data visualization platforms, especially Power BI.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience with Python or similar languages for data tasks.
• Experience automating data and reporting workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Connect internal systems with external data sources, APIs, and platforms.
• Automate data collection, transformation, reporting, and workflows.
• Build dashboards and data products used across the organization.
• Support development of NIQ reporting and web-enabled dashboards.
• Establish data governance standards and quality controls.
• Turn raw data into analysis-ready datasets with repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with analysts to define data requirements and KPIs.
• Translate technical concepts into practical business language.
