Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Strategy and Analytics, to join the DBI Analytics Center of Excellence. You will develop end-to-end analytical tools, ensure data governance and provide audience-tailored insights to support strategic decisions and operational excellence.

You will partner with business leaders to turn data into revenue growth and efficiency, building integrated solutions and communicating recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate retail analytics, planning, or finance.
• Experience with data governance and data integrity.
• Proven ability to deliver actionable insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate reporting to support operations and strategy.
• Identify analytic needs with cross-functional partners and build solutions.
• Serve as SME within Customer, Marketing, and Digital, guiding junior analysts.
• Analyze customer data trends to drive actionable insights for decision making.
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
• Participate in category reviews and trend exploration.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.
