Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a senior BI/Data Warehouse expert to shape enterprise analytics. You will own data model design, ETL pipelines, and governance, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver trusted data assets for analytics. Strong communication will be required to align clinical, financial, and operational data initiatives.

You will mentor staff, coordinate system upgrades, and drive scalable architectures across data warehouses and marts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in BI, data warehousing, and data engineering in enterprise IT.
• Experience overseeing multiple enterprise data warehouses and data models across departments.
• Knowledge of denormalization, star/snowflake schemas, governance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical and Business Data Warehouse initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Translate requirements into data models, processes, and reusable assets.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Data & Analytics solutions.
• Mentor developers in data architecture and best practices.
• Coordinate vendor upgrades and manage analytics tool integrations.
• Develop and maintain BI artifacts, metadata, and data models.
