Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive analyses and deliver trusted analytical solutions across clinical, operational, product, and finance teams. You will own the full BI lifecycle from prototype to production, building scalable data models and dashboards to support care for medically complex children on Medicaid.

You will design reusable data products, partner with stakeholders to define metrics, and ensure data quality and interpretable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics (3+ healthcare data analytics).
• 3+ years on Tableau with advanced use of calculations, parameters, performance tuning and interactivity.
• Strong SQL skills to build analytic tools from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar.
• Experience using dbt for data modeling with reusable models and standardized metric definitions.
• Systems thinking; design for downstream reuse and dependencies beyond a single dashboard.
• Experience with modern engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
• Ability to own a project end-to-end from requirements to validation and release.
• Proven ability to communicate findings through data storytelling tied to business impact.
• Familiarity with semantic layers and self-service analytics; healthcare data sources a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that are user-friendly and performant across the organization.
• Model data as reusable products, reuse existing metrics and semantic definitions to ensure consistency.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into metrics and KPIs.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and adapt to changing priorities and project types.
• Own the BI lifecycle end-to-end from prototyping to production, including QA and user testing.
• Proactively flag metric or logic inconsistencies across domains.
• Use SQL and other tools to analyze large datasets from claims, EHR, HIE and other sources.
• Support self-service analytics by building dashboards and semantic layer components.
• Complete analytic tickets and ad-hoc reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Health Care Economics, and Data Science on shared models and data quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
