Job summary

DHL is hiring an experienced BI/Reporting Lead for Americas in Plantation, FL. You will design and deliver enterprise BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, building scalable data models and automated reports to support insurance and risk management objectives.

You will define data governance, standards, and collaborate with data engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust analytics capabilities. This role offers growth in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in reporting or data analysis roles.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, data validation and reporting quality assurance.
• Data visualization best practices.
• Interpreting and analyzing insurance or financial services data.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise BI solutions including dashboards and reporting frameworks across IRM.
• Define and enforce BI development standards and data modelling practices.
• Own scalable reporting layers, reusable datasets, and semantic models aligned with IRM architecture.
• Manage Power BI environment, including workspaces, access controls, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data models and data integration approaches.
