Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
• Experience with BI analytics tools (R, Python, SQL), data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Experience analyzing complex data from multiple sources and applying statistical, analytical, and data modeling techniques to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives, gathering and translating business requirements, influencing stakeholders, and communicating complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, data visualization principles, dashboard development, KPI design, and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of BI solutions including dashboards, reports, scorecards, and self-service analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve performance.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and drivers, applying advanced analytics techniques.
• Develop and maintain data models, reporting frameworks, metrics definitions, and data quality standards.
• Lead BI projects and mentor analysts, promoting best practices across the organization.
