Agoda, a Booking Holdings company, seeks a Senior BI Analyst to shape the Supply Analytics strategy and lead enterprise-level initiatives. You will partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to size opportunities, build business cases, and deliver data-driven insights that drive growth and efficiency within Agoda's Supply organization.

In this role, you’ll oversee analytics projects, collaborate with Product teams to define features, and negotiate with external partners to close deals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject.
• 3+ years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or PowerBI)
• Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation (a plus)
• Experience in Python or R (a plus)
• Statistical modelling knowledge or ML techniques (regression, random forest, etc) is a plus
• Good stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
• Strong ability to derive data insights and provide business recommendations
• Hacker mindset to build simple but clever solutions under constraints
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven decision making and performance measurement
• Comfort with ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate resources

Responsabilidades

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects and refine briefs.
• Use data from large-scale warehouses and present statistically strong analyses to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth within supply and wider business.
• Drive new analytical initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and Agoda supply.
• Lead projects to scale data, insights and intelligence within the Supply org.
• Automate manual processes and quantify time savings from modernization.
