Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Analytics professional to lead enterprise BI initiatives within the Supply Analytics team. You will size opportunities, build business cases, and collaborate with Product to implement features and partner deals.

The role requires 4+ years in analytics, strong BI tooling skills, and the ability to communicate insights to C-suite. Bangkok-based with relocation provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics/data science/insights/strategy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field (e.g. CS, math, engineering, economics).
• 3+ years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or PowerBI).
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
• Experience in Python or R is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Data-driven with excellent communication and problem solving.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into analytical projects and influence outcomes.
• Analyze data from large data warehouses and present statistically robust insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within supply and the wider business.
• Drive analytical initiatives to improve efficiency and supply performance.
• Lead projects to scale data-driven capabilities across Supply.
• Automate manual processes and demonstrate time savings.
