Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Enterprise Analytics. You will translate complex business questions into analytic products, design reusable semantic models, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Based in Cincinnati, OH, this hybrid role requires on-site presence four days a week with one day remote. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to influence data strategy across our P&C operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in translating complex business needs into analytic products.
• Experience designing or maintaining BI applications, analytic products, or semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business issues and translate questions into analytic requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to define concepts, measures, relationships and rules for analytic products.
• Design and maintain reusable semantic models for reporting and self‑service analytics.
• Create metadata, data definitions, lineage, and usage guidance for AI-enabled tools.
• Develop end-user training to support adoption of analytic products.
• Oversee analytic product lifecycle with success metrics, adoption, quality and impact.
